Why we’re building this

The real conversations shaping EMRDoctor.

Composite perspectives from doctors we talk to across specialties.

My patient records were scattered across multiple registers.
Finding an old prescription or checking a patient’s previous visit used to mean searching through registers and files. I need a simple way to keep patient histories organized and accessible. A system like EMRDoctor can make that daily process much easier.
Dr. Sandeep Sharma
General Physician · Lucknow
I want to spend less time on documentation.
During a busy OPD, every minute matters. Writing everything down manually while managing the consultation can be difficult. Having a structured digital record for patient details, symptoms and treatment notes could help me work more efficiently without losing important information.
Dr. Anjali Deshmukh
Gynecologist · Pune
A patient’s previous visit should be easy to recall.
When patients return after weeks or months, their previous treatment, medications and investigation history are important. Paper records can take time to locate, especially during a busy clinic day. Keeping that history together digitally can make follow-up consultations more organized.
Dr. Abhishek Verma
Family Physician · Noida
Documentation shouldn’t get in the way of listening.
A good consultation starts with understanding the patient. Managing paperwork alongside the conversation can sometimes interrupt that flow. A thoughtfully designed digital workflow can help organize clinical notes while keeping the consultation focused on the patient.
Dr. Swati Jadhav
Gynecologist · Nashik
I need something practical for my everyday OPD.
Moving from paper to digital records can feel like a big change for a small clinic. What matters is having a system that fits the way doctors actually work, rather than adding unnecessary steps. A straightforward, doctor-focused EMR can make that transition more manageable.
Dr. Nikhil Deshpande
Pediatrician · Nagpur
I want one organized place for patient records.
When patient information is spread across registers, prescriptions and reports, it becomes harder to maintain a consistent record. A digital system designed around the consultation can help bring information together and make routine record-keeping more systematic.
Dr. Sachin Pawar
Consultant Homeopath · Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
Three roles, one day

Reception, doctor, admin — same patient, three safely-scoped views.

A doctor never sees billing noise. A receptionist never sees clinical notes they shouldn’t. An admin sees the wallet and the reports. One patient record underneath.

Reception

Adds the patient in two taps. Live queue with chief complaint and wait time. Payments on the prepaid wallet with auto-generated GST invoices.

Doctor

One screen for the consult. Chief complaint, history, exam, diagnosis, prescription. Smart presets you can edit on the patient screen.

Admin

Wallet balance, invoices, usage, staff accounts, audit trail. The one place a hospital owner opens for the weekly check-in.

The consult

Chief complaint to signed prescription in five taps.

Common questions from doctors

How much does it cost?
Monthly billing on a prepaid wallet, no contract, free until your team is trained. We share pricing on the demo call.
How long does onboarding take?
About 15 minutes. Your prescription template is already designed; we add your medicines, from your Excel sheet if you have one. Works anywhere with internet, on phone, tablet or laptop; the doctor’s screen is best on an iPad.
Can I bring my existing data?
Yes, free. Send the export from your current software or a spreadsheet; we load it and you approve before it goes live. Usually within a working week.
Who can see my data?
Only your hospital. Another doctor using EMRDoctor never sees your patients, even if the same patient visits them. No one at Vallixo opens clinical records unless you ask for support, and every such access is in your audit log. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored in India, on Microsoft Azure in Central India (Pune), with daily backups. We run to a 99.9% monthly uptime target with a public status page.
Can I print prescriptions in Marathi or Hindi?
Yes, both ship today. Pick the patient’s language once; the printed sheet carries dosage and timing in words the family can read. Standard medical terms stay in English alongside the local instruction so the pharmacist is never confused.
Is EMRDoctor for solo doctors, clinics, polyclinics, or hospitals?
All four. Same platform, same doctor-first design. Solo doctors run it on an iPad; hospitals run it across doctors, reception, nursing, billing and admin, with role-based access.
Do I have to sign an annual contract?
No. Monthly billing, no lock-in, no exit fees. You stop paying, we stop billing — and your data export is free.
How does support work?
Real humans on WhatsApp, in your time zone. Typically a reply in minutes. In Marathi, Hindi or English — pick whichever your staff is comfortable in. No ticket portals, no bots.
