For gynaecologists

An EMR for gynaecologists.
ANC, obstetric history, Marathi prescriptions — on the iPad you already own.

Antenatal care with EDD and visit tracking, obstetric history on one screen, maternity IPD on the same ledger, and MTP + surgical consent forms. Built around the way a gynaecologist actually sees patients.

Antenatal care

A chart that keeps the ANC on track.

EDD auto-calculated from LMP. Visit schedule plots itself. Blood pressure, weight, fundal height, fetal heart rate and vaccinations trend across visits so a change jumps off the page.

EDD + visit schedule

LMP in, EDD out. The next-visit date is placed on the mother’s preferred day. Reschedules keep the chart intact.

Risk markers on top

Previous LSCS, GDM, PIH, anaemia, Rh incompatibility, prior loss. One tap each, surfaced on the next-visit summary.

Trends, not snapshots

BP, weight, fundal height, FHR and lab values plot across every visit. A spike or drop is visible without scrolling the table.

Obstetric history

Para, gravida and past deliveries on one screen.

A compact history card at the top of every visit. Adding a past delivery takes four taps. No modal, no second screen.

One card, every past visit

Para / gravida with the full list underneath. Each past delivery expands to mode, outcome, complications and date in words.

Interventions & complications

LSCS, forceps, vacuum, cerclage, PPH, obstructed labour, GDM, PIH, PROM — chip-choice entry, no free text to typo.

Shared with IPD

The same obstetric history opens on the IPD admit screen when the patient is admitted. You never retype what you already know.

Prescriptions

Write once. Prescribe in Marathi or Hindi.

Pick the patient’s language once; the printed sheet carries dosage and timing in words the family can read back on WhatsApp. English + Marathi + Hindi, side-by-side when needed. Standard medical terms stay in English alongside the instruction so the pharmacist is never confused.

Three languages, one write

Marathi, Hindi and English prescriptions all ship today. The language is a per-patient preference you set once.

Dosage in words

“Two tablets after dinner, every day for a week” — not “1–1–0–1 × 7”. Family + pharmacist can both read it.

Your letterhead, your way

Custom header + footer per clinic. Zero ads on patient-facing prints — ever. Prescription design editable without a developer.

Maternity IPD

Beds, MAR, handover — same ledger as the OPD.

An OPD visit and an IPD stay share the same patient record. You open the ward map, admit, chart medication, nurse handover, print the discharge — all without re-typing what you already know.

Ward map

A clear view of beds, occupancy and the attending doctor. Admissions and discharges flow through the same board.

MAR + MEWS

Medication administration record, timed to the ward clock. Early-warning score surfaced to the nurse’s screen before it needs a doctor.

Discharge summary

Auto-drafted from the stay. Diagnosis, procedures, medications, follow-up, printed English + Marathi for the patient.

Consent forms

MTP, LSCS, sterilisation — printed and signed in the clinic.

English + Marathi side-by-side. Patient and attendant names auto-filled from the record. Shipped defaults you can edit per clinic without touching the global template.

MTP consent

Form C compliant. Patient + attendant signatures, counselling notes, operating doctor, date and clinic registration.

Surgical consent

LSCS, D&E, D&C, hysterectomy, laparoscopy, sterilisation (female + male). Auto-filled from the admission record.

Edit per clinic

Rephrase or add a line without a developer. Each hospital’s template becomes its own, no “ticket to vendor” needed.

Common questions from gynaecologists

Does it have an antenatal chart (ANC)?
Yes. EDD auto-calculated from LMP, visit schedule plotted on the chart, risk markers surfaced on the next-visit summary. Blood pressure, weight, fundal height and fetal heart rate plot as a trend across every visit. Vaccination schedule (TT1, TT2, booster) tracks itself.
How does the obstetric history fit on one screen?
Para / gravida, past deliveries, interventions and complications live in a compact history card at the top of every visit. Adding a past delivery takes four taps; no modal, no second screen.
Will my prescriptions print in Marathi?
Yes. Pick the patient’s language once (Marathi, Hindi or English); the printed sheet carries dosage and timing in words the patient’s family can read back on WhatsApp. Standard medical terms stay in English alongside the Marathi instruction so the pharmacist is never confused.
Can I run my maternity IPD on it too?
Yes. Beds, MAR (medication administration record), early-warning score (MEWS), nurse handover and discharge summary — all on the same patient record. A doctor who sees the patient in OPD opens IPD on the same chart.
Do you cover MTP and surgical consent forms?
Yes. Printed, English + Marathi side by side, with the patient’s and attendant’s names auto-filled from the record. MTP, LSCS, D&E, D&C, sterilisation (female and male) and the maternity-ward admission consent are shipped as defaults; you can edit any of them per clinic without touching the global template.
Can I migrate my patient register from paper or another EMR?
Yes, free. Send what you have — paper copies, spreadsheets, an export from another EMR, or a Docterz / HealthPlix / Practo Ray dump — and we’ll load it. You approve each batch before it goes live. Usually within a working week.
How much does it cost?
Monthly billing on a prepaid wallet, no contract, free until your team is trained. We share pricing on the demo call.
